What We Do

PT ALPHA CAPITAL ELITE secures genuine deals as a direct Oil Trader. Through Mr. Hardino's extensive connections with associates and businessmen from various countries, we have established ourselves as a trusted intermediary in the global oil market.

Our logistics capability includes Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Vessels and bulk carriers, ensuring reliable delivery worldwide. We work directly with refineries and major buyers, eliminating unnecessary intermediaries.

Standard Operating Procedures

Letter of Intent (LOI)

Buyer submits Letter of Intent detailing product specifications, quantity, delivery terms, and pricing expectations. Alpha verifies Buyer's profile, financial capability, and logistics infrastructure. We conduct due diligence to ensure legitimate transactions.

Full Corporate Offer (FCO) & SPA

Alpha issues Full Corporate Offer with complete commercial terms including pricing, delivery schedule, payment terms, and quality specifications. Upon acceptance, the Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) is drafted and reviewed by our Legal Adviser - Danial & Partners. Both parties sign the legally binding SPA.

Financial Instruments & Logistics

Buyer arranges financial instrument (SBLC - Standby Letter of Credit or DLC - Documentary Letter of Credit) through their bank, coordinating with our banker PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI). Alpha nominates vessels and provides Proof of Product (POP) along with authenticity documents to Buyer's bank for verification.

Quality Inspection & Transfer

Independent inspection by SGS or Intertek at loading port for Quantity & Quality (Q&Q) verification. Upon successful inspection, all shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Quality Certificate) are transferred. Payment is released via MT103 (bank wire transfer) against presentation of shipping documents. Title transfer occurs upon payment confirmation.
